Jinjiang City Fuyou Electro-mechanical Accessories Co., Ltd. (previously named Fujian Province Jinjiang City Fuyou Electro-mechanical Accessories Factory ) was founded in December 1986 and firstly focused in the production of shafts of electric fans, filters of oil pipes, car friction plates, starting motor shafts, screws for valve ball-ends, oil pump screws, etc.
Since the beginning of 1992, we have shifted to the production of more than 30 types of accessories of motorcycle engines, which mainly include the following:
For SUZUKI FD110 Engine : starting idle gear shafts, push rods for clutches, separated rockers for clutches;
For SUZUKI GN125 Engine : clutch separated camshafts, push rod sets, push block sets, driven gears for tachometers, output shaft sleeves for tachometers;
For SUZUKI GF125 Engine : clutch separated gears, racks, shift shafts, driver boards for shifts, stop device sets for shift;
For SUZUKI GN250 Engine : clutch separated camshafts, push rod sets, push block sets, chain regulator assemblies;
For SUZUKI AX100 Engine : clutch separated screws, starting shaft, shift shafts.
We are close partner and supplier of many producers of branded motorcycles in China, including Guangdong Dachangjiang Group Co. (owner of Haojue Brand), Nanjing Jincheng Group Co. (owner of Jincheng Brand), Jinan Qingqi Suzuki Co. (owner of Suzuki Brand), Jinan Qingqi Engine Co., Chongqing Wangjiang Suzuki Co., Changchun Changling Engine Co., Guangzhou Dayang Co. etc.
Fuyou Electro-mechanical Accessories Co., Ltd. covers a site area of 23,500 square meters, with its total value of fixed assets amounting to RMB￥40,000,000.00, annual output value topping RMB￥30,000,000.00. Our work-shops occupy an area of 12,500 square meters, office buildings 1,850 square meters, dormitory buildings 2,200 square meters. We have 350 sets of different equipment. In August 2002, Fuyou passed the accreditation of ISO 900: 2000, which was approved by China Quality Certification Center.
